At Postica, we work to deliver your posters as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find details on our shipping times, unclaimed packages, and international customs.
Delivery Times
Products that are in stock are typically shipped within the estimated timeframes stated at checkout or on the individual product page — usually between 2–10 business days.
Unless otherwise agreed (such as in the case of made-to-order or temporarily out-of-stock items), delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 business days from the order confirmation email.
The estimated delivery time for your order is also included in your order confirmation, at checkout, and/or on the product page.
If delivery is delayed for more than 30 business days, and the reason is not due to the customer (e.g. an incorrect address or uncollected parcel), you are entitled to cancel the order and request a full refund.
Unclaimed Packages
If your order is delivered to a local pickup point, you are responsible for collecting it within the timeframe stated in the delivery notification. Packages usually require personal identification and your order number to be released.
Delivery notifications may be sent via email, SMS, or regular mail depending on the information you provided at checkout.
If the package is not picked up in time and is returned to us, Postica reserves the right to deduct €40 from your refund amount to cover return and handling costs.
Do I Have to Pay Customs Fees?
Most of our products are printed and shipped locally through our international print partners in the EU, UK, and US. This helps minimize delivery times and avoid customs in most cases.
However, in some situations, your order may be routed to a production facility in a different country. This is determined automatically based on product availability, location, and production capacity.
If your order ships across borders, customs fees may apply, depending on your country’s laws, product type, and order value. These fees are set and collected by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control or cover these charges.
