At Postica, each poster is made to order — printed specifically for you only after your purchase is completed. Because of this personalized production model, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any orders once they have entered the production process.
Cancellations
We offer a free cancellation window of 1 hour after your order has been placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at contact@postica.net — ideally within the first hour.
If your cancellation request is received after this window but before the order has shipped, we may still cancel the order, but production costs may be deducted from your refund.
Once your order has shipped, modification / cancellation is no longer possible. If you refuse delivery or request a return after shipping, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the original production and shipping fees will be non-refundable.
Damaged Items
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged during transit, we’re here to help.
To initiate a damage claim, please send clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to contact@postica.net within 72 hours of delivery. Your photos must show:
- The damaged area(s) clearly
- The outer packaging
- The item in unused condition (not hung or installed)
- All photos must be in .jpeg or .png format
Once we receive your claim, we will conduct a Damage Review. If the damage is verified, we will, at our sole discretion, replace or restore the affected item(s).
Please note:
- Damage claims submitted after the 72-hour window may be denied
- Damage reviews may take up to 30 business days
- Replacement production and delivery time depends on availability and logistics
- You may be responsible for return shipping if the product needs to be returned
