Order & Delivery
What if I can’t find my order confirmation?
We always send an order confirmation by email right after your purchase. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
If you still can’t find it, reach out to our customer service team—we’ll verify your order and send you a new confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
We typically produce and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to your address usually takes an additional 1–6 business days.
Please note that during peak periods—such as holidays, Black Friday, Christmas, or New Year’s—or in cases of shipping delays or deliveries to remote areas, your order may take a little longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
What if I don’t pick up my parcel?
If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t picked up in time, part of your order total will be deducted. This covers production, handling, send and return shipping costs.
Once we’ve received the package and confirmed it by email, the remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link and number.
If the tracking doesn’t work right away, don’t worry—it usually becomes active after the shipping carrier makes their first scan, typically later the same day. Still having trouble? Just reach out to our customer service team—we’re happy to help!
Didn't get a text from the shipping company?
If you haven’t received a text message, it’s possible the phone number entered at checkout was incorrect. Be sure to check your email too—some carriers send updates there as well.
If you still haven’t heard anything within 6–10 days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team so we can help you track it down.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if production hasn’t started yet (usually within the first 3–6 hours), you can cancel your order.
However, cancellations aren’t possible for custom-made items like Star Maps, Song Lyrics, or other personalized posters once they’ve entered production.
For non-custom products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Sales Act. If the order has already shipped, return costs may apply.
Can I change my order?
Once an order is completed, we’re unable to make changes to the products.
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet (typically within the first 3–6 hours), you can cancel it and place a new one instead. Just reach out to our customer service team—we’ll be happy to help!
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout. If it’s valid, the discount will be applied automatically to the regular price.
Please note: discount codes can’t be combined with other offers or promotions.
Returns & Complaints
What if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please file a complaint directly with the carrier before accepting or signing for it.
If you missed this step at delivery, contact the carrier’s customer service (the delivery company will be listed on your delivery note). Once you've filed the complaint, reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
What if a product is damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of the damage and fill out our claim form. We’ll review your case and get back to you, usually within 24 hours.
How do I return a product?
To return an item, please contact our customer support team first. We’ll provide all the details you need. Please note, return postage fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer product exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, use your right of withdrawal to return it for a refund (minus standard commissions). You can then place a new order for the item you want.
What is my right of return?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For frames, this includes the plastic seal and protective film on both sides of the plexiglass.
Return postage fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Gift Cards
How long is my gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used by anyone to shop at our store. Please note, gift cards cannot be redeemed for their cash value.

We use high-quality, semi-glossy paper that enhances colors with a subtle shine.

- Sustainability: FSC-certified or equivalent for eco-friendliness
Are frames included with posters?
No, posters and frames are sold separately.
