These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply to all purchases made by consumers (the “Customer”) through the website www.postica.net and its associated pages (the “Website”). The agreement is entered into between you and AesteticStudio SRL, the legal entity operating Postica. Complete contact information and legal details can be found on the Website. These conditions apply only to consumers purchasing through our online shop.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age. AesteticStudio SRL reserves the right to refuse or amend an order if the provided information is inaccurate or if there are indications of past non-payment or abuse.
1.3
We are not liable for out-of-stock items, typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or outdated information on the Website. All product images are for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee exact appearance or function. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you immediately and await your confirmation before processing.

The content of this Website is the property of AesteticStudio SRL or its licensors. Trademarks, designs, graphics, product names, and all other materials may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
2. Contracts and Orders
2.1
To place an order, the Customer must accept these General Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and use of cookies.
2.2
A purchase contract is considered valid once the Customer receives an official order confirmation by email. Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After that window, if production has started but shipping has not, production costs may be deducted from the refund. If the order has already shipped, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
2.3
Postica operates as a business-to-consumer (B2C) platform. If you require a business purchase (B2B), please contact our support team before placing your order.
3. Customer Information
When placing an order, the Customer must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details. For more on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Additional charges for shipping or payment methods are displayed separately during checkout.
4.2
We offer multiple payment options, as listed on the Website. We reserve the right to limit payment options in specific cases, such as technical issues or security concerns.
5. Special Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotional prices or extended terms. Such offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Once an offer ends, the standard terms apply.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1
In-stock products are generally shipped within the timeframes stated on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped within 30 working days of order confirmation.
6.2
Delivery times are outlined in your order confirmation and on our Shipping Information page. If a product is delayed more than 30 working days due to reasons outside your control, you may cancel the order.
6.3
If delivery requires pick-up, the Customer must collect the package within the time stated in the notification. Unclaimed parcels may be subject to a handling fee.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1
Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
7.2
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads, personalized or custom-made products (such as custom posters or prints).
7.3
If a product is sealed, breaking the seal voids the right of withdrawal.
7.4
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at contact@postica.net with your order number, name, and product details.
7.5
Returns must be made at the Customer’s expense and within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
7.6
If the withdrawal is valid, we will refund the full value of the product including standard shipping costs. Any additional costs related to alternative shipping options chosen by the Customer will not be refunded. We may deduct from the refund if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature or function.
7.7
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
8. Complaints and Warranty
8.1
Products are covered by legal warranties in accordance with Romanian and EU consumer laws. Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective.
8.2
If a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@postica.net.
8.3
We will cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
8.4
If a complaint is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued promptly. We aim to resolve all claims within 30 days.

Our Website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or terms on those sites.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through our customer service team. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be handled by the competent Romanian courts.
